For the 2007/2008 Season, we are offering 2 payment plans:

1) Standard

Whether you pay a 50% deposit or payment in full (100%), the turn-a-round time will be based on first come first served. Due to our intake and work load, we will "No Longer" estimate turn-a-round time.

2) Fowl-Ex (Fowl Express)

For an additional $100.00, you get a guaranteed 3 month (90 day) turn-a-round time.

"Turn-A-Round Time"

We will no longer estimate Turn-A-Round Time! Due to our intake and work load, and in order to maintain our high level of quality, we have decided not to offer an estimated Turn-A-Round time anymore. I (Brian) have been mounting birds since 1980. We (Tonya & I) have been in business as Wild About Fowl since 1993. We have been at our current location since 2001. In all the years that we have been in business, we have not lost anyones bird/birds nor have we failed to get a customers bird/birds back to them.

We take our work very serious. We pride ourselves in quality not speed. We can only do so much in a day, a week, a month, and a year. If a cheap price and fast turn-a-round is what you want....then go somewhere else, because you won't find it here. We have alarms on every freezer that are monitored 24 hours a day. We also have a 25000kw natural gas generator that backs up every freezer and our power 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

"Status"

Basically, if you have not been contacted by us (via the phone, email, or mail) then your bird/birds are not ready. You will be notified as soon as they are. Even though we are here just about 7 days a week, we cannot answer the phone every time it rings. We get dozens of calls everyday. Some are customers that want to bring in a bird/birds to have mounted, some are customers checking on the status of their mounts, and others could be telemarketers etc. We have a voice mail service on our phone 24 hours a day. We check it periodically throughout each day. When we can, we will return any important calls. If it is a customer that wants to drop off a bird/birds, then we will usually return their call ASAP.

By eliminating the estimated Turn-A-Round, we hope to eliminate excess calls checking on the status of a mount/mounts. We cannot make progress during the day if we are constantly running to the phone. While we respect your business and continued patronage, please understand, that we are trying to eliminate any interferences with progress.
